Plato’s Allegory of the Cave
Plato’s Cave Parable is one that never fails to move me to tears. From the first moment I read it many years ago to this very day, it has lost none of its impact. It somehow hits a place deep in my heart and resonates.
In a recent discussion, I was shocked how few people were familiar with the Greek philosopher’s tale of prisoners chained inside a cave forced to stare at shadows on a wall.
