Hey guys! You know what would be fun? How about we casually cross over this fence into the woods. Let’s do this in an orderly fashion so that no one will get hurt. Ready? Ok, we go. Tra-la-laaaaaa… we’re ever so graceful. Nothing to fear in the woods… la-dee-dee… Wait… ABORT ABORT ABORT! Every deer for himself! Run away! Run away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The above narration describes what must have been the conversation amongst these lovely creatures as they gracefully and peacefully take turns jumping a fence from a field into the woods. At some point about 2.5 minutes into the video, the deer get startled by what I can only presume is a Sasquatch just off camera, and they throw all order to the wind, jumping en masse back into the pasture, creating what looks like a rolling tidal wave of panic.
(The only thing more awesome than this video is the fact that the original poster named it “herten stakenbergweg elspeet.” Google tells me this is Dutch, and the actual translation is “deer strike mountain road elspeet,” which doesn’t help explain this video at all.)
I don’t care what you say, videos like this legitimize the internet.
