Coast to Coast Am host George Noory on Nightline

Everyone’s favorite late night radio host, George Noory, host of Coast to Coast Am, was recently featured on ABC network’s Nightline.

For those who don’t know, Coast to Coast Am is a 4 hour talk radio program that broadcasts 7 nights a week to a world wide audience.   The subject matter on the show ranges from Paranormal encounters, to Government Conspiracies, to Earth changes… anything that involves the “unknown”.  I have been listening to C2C for years, and find the information presented to be both {more. . .)

Spaceship shaped object captured by Hubble

February 4, 2010 by natalina
Filed under The Unexplained, UFOs & Aliens

I’ve always embraced my own inner geek… but every once in a while I get a self inflicted reminder as to the precise level of nerd-girl-ishness that I’ve acquired.  Case in point. I’d heard on the radio about an object that was recently photographed by the Hubble Telescope.  Apparently, it resembled some kind of spacecraft.  Of course, I had to run home and Google it.

When I found an article about this object, I scrolled through all of the words and went straight for the picture. {more. . .)

Extraordinary Thursday Videos: Overlords of the UFO

This classic 1977 documentary, Overlords of the UFO,  is a must see for all paranormal and UFO enthusiasts.  It is a low budget doc that has become a bit of a cult legend.  It is cheesy and corny… some of the evidence presented is wonky (to put it politely) but it is wildly entertaining.  Includes an interview with Travis Walton (real person whose experiences inspired the film Fire in the Sky).  Check it out and relive the schlocky, silly, sensational seventies!!

Scientists baffled by “Alien Baby”

In 2007, Marao Lopez discovered a strange creature on his farm in Mexico.  Frightened by the otherworldly appearance of the small beast, he decided to drown it.  He claims that he held it under water for hours before it finally died.

The mysterious creature was handed over to scientists at the end of last year, and they’ve been analyzing it ever since.

UFO Hovers Over China City for More than 30 Minutes

August 28, 2009 by natalina
Filed under The Unexplained, UFOs & Aliens

It seems that lately there have been more and more sightings of UFOs appearing in blatant fashion over major cities.  If these sightings truly originate from intelligent life not of this world, what should we make of their increasingly bold appearances?  The following  is one such inexplicable mass sighting which occurred just days ago.

At about 10 pm on the evening of August 23, a UFO appeared in the sky above Beibei Binjiang Road in Chongqing. The UFO was “V” shaped and its color changed in {more. . .)

Astronaut Buzz Aldrin claims there is a monolith on Mars Moon

July 25, 2009 by natalina
Filed under The Unexplained, UFOs & Aliens

This is indeed some strange news.  Apollo 11 Astronaut Buzz Aldrin, who along with Neil Armstrong became one of the first two men to set foot on the Moon, has raised a few eyebrows again with some comments he made recently about Mars.

Aldrin has been busy promoting exploration of the Red Planet, and during an appearance on CSPAN’s Washington Journal he made the following statement:

We should go boldly where man has not gone before. Fly by the comets, visit asteroids, visit the moon of Mars. {more. . .)

Across the web, people have been speculating as to what the lights could be.  Some say that they could be flares released by jets.  Others say the lights are not bright enough to be flares, and that the presence of helicopters adds to the mystery.
