Chinese news agency, Xinhuanet, is reporting that Somali Pirate ships attempting to attack Chinese Merchant ships in the Gulf of Aden, have been blocked by a pod of thousands of dolphins.
According to China Radio International, Somali pirate ships began to close in on those belonging to the Chinese, when all of a sudden, thousands of dolphins began to leap into the air. Their amazing appearance blocked the suspected pirates from gaining access to the Chinese ships.

After seeing that they would not be able to cross the giant pod of dolphins, the pirates turned away and fled the area.
Xinhuanet, claims that about 20 percent of Chinese merchant ships passing through the waters off Somalia were attacked by pirates from January to November in 2008.

Dolphins justice league?
Justice friends?
Coincidence?
Did they recorded this? Or they simply said that this happened and nothing else?
Even though dolphins are smart and all I don’t think they would be able to realize the fact that one ship was going to rob another and that the act of robbing is bad because it’s against the capitalism logic and so many other reasons. Do they even have the notion of private property?
