There is more than just one person claiming to be Maitreya, or the return of Christ, or the Prophet of God, etc. Christ said that there would be many false prophets who would come in his name – but he also said that he would return. So the question is, could any of these claimants be the True One? Do any of them fulfill prophecies in Scripture, prophecies given by Christ and all other world religions, prophets, and cultures, of a Prophet to come? Not signs and wonders, which we have been warned against, but fulfillment of Prophecies, bringing of a great Message that will accelerate the progress of humanity, etc. It is the duty of each individual to study, search for the truth, pray for guidance, and see if it is indeed the end times, and we should expect a True Prophet, and who that Prophet might be.

I submit a candidate for your research: http://www.maitreya.org . Study the claims, see the Prophecies fulfilled, and decide/prove to yourselves whether this Maitreya is different than the others, and indeed IS the Prophet of God returned to earth.

I have tried to research the miracles but there are no objective reports about them. Only Share International reports, which are biased frankly. I really do hope it is true. I remain skeptical and agnositc about it. No one talks about sharing. I find that at least special to the whole thing.

I have something to say about this: There will be many false claims. The true Messiah will not perform miracles and wonders for the time of miracles and wonders has passed (this is not a circus act). You have had over 2000 years to get it right. Not only will there be false claims but there will be false claims to make the false claims false in order to set up the real anti-Christ which is still a false claim but you won’t Know it. The real avatar of Jesus the Lion of Judah and Prince of Israel is a Saxon born of a prince man and a princess woman, human, and has no affiliation with masons. His justice is swift. He lived a normal humble life like every one else. No one will believe him anyway. So bring it on Maitreya and lets see how it plays out. Make your move.

I do believe that the REAL Maitreya has made his first speech (although he has not revealed his name)as the Share International website has declared it so… I think we should watch the news because the world is about to fall apart… Read you bible folks. I do believe that the Windsors and the Stuarts of Great Britain as well as the Illumanati/Free Masons, and various other “Secret” societies are about to take the world for a ride.. In my opinion, this entire Maitreya personality has been created by the illuminati/luciferian/occultists that control the financial networks/commerce on the planet. Objective reports like this are rather rare these days, so I appreciate the way this was laid out.

I could list a whole bunch of facts which help convince me of the reality of this teacher – like the thousands of miracles over the years, or the amazingly accurate forecasts Maitreya gave (from 1988 – 1993) regarding major world events. However, to be honest, what makes it most real is Maitreya’s teachings on the “laws of life”, and what he’s about.

I hope readers do their own research and think for themselves. Probably better to not believe or deny anything outright. Just observe. It sounds easy enough, but it’s not so commonly practiced, apparently.

Anyone who says “I know everything and this is false or true, you should follow my ideology” is probably lost themselves, and/or speaking out of fear. Maitreya certainly speaks a lot about this subject.

It has been said, “know the tree by its fruit”.

I doubt that the return of the spiritual leader archetype would involve forced conscription to a religious system… that sounds more like the fanaticism that made the Obama administrations passing of the GIVE act possible. Has anyone read that? All volunteers are totally banned from any political, religious, social (or really) any movement or affiliation that goes against the “corperation”.

The Obama movement in the United States is simply terrifying. Political decisions should not be based on emotion and the cult of personality, even less on the total chorus of mainstream media madness that occurred during the election… even less should support continue in the face of the lies, the duplicity, the gutting of the economy, the trillions stolen, the rabit fanaticism, the calls for world peace by dissarmament… (didn’t I hear something about the antichrist disarming the world first?). The refusal to indict Bush and possey, and the continuation of the dictatorial powers granted by that regime. The recent declaration of national emergency status regarding H1N1… the whole madness regarding that idiocy besides. The camps… but no one talks about those.

Hope and Fear are two sides of the same damn coin. Jesse Livermore said “be afraid when others are hopeful, and be hopeful when others are afraid” or something to that effect… He was the greatest trader to ever live, and he was talking about the market.

And which is more likely? That the antichrist will reveal himself slowly as an unafilliated messenger of peace, or the head of the most heavily armed, corrupt, morrally and economically bankrupt militaristic bloodthirsty pyramid empire ever known to man, right at its height since… Rome? Shit. … demanding that the people of the world “serve”?

Rome. America. Didn’t Jesus appear at the height of Rome’s power? Right around the time of Nero (the original 666)? Does it appear to anyone else that this is all history repeating? Makes me think of Jose and cylindrical time.

I suspect that the mechanations necessary to escalate the corruption in Washington via the Obama administration, and the personality at its front is a more likely candidate for the moniker of antichrist.

I suspect Obama is not maitreya. I see Maitreya as a balancing of the Matrix if you will… Neo!

Tony I thank you for your kindness. As I read this article again (especially the comments) it becomes more and more apparent that what you say is correct…complete collapse would be the surest way to make room for positive growth.

Even if humanity by and large doesn’t realize that her heart is broken for these reasons.

I also like the realisation expressed by one or two- of the obvious hopelessness of our current financial/economic & political structures and that perhaps they NEED to collapse so that sane alternatives can be explored and implemented.

Thanks Will. Yeah, I can totally understand why fundy Christians would panic a little about Maitreya. He does fit the bill in a lot of ways. Also, agreed with your assessment of Christ/Religion. I’ve always thought that organized religion has corrupted the true message that Jesus was attempting to deliver.
